Samantha Henig

The New York Times

Samantha is the deputy features editor at The New York Times, working with the styles, real estate, home and travel sections on their digital presence. Before that she was the digital editor at The New York Times Magazine, where she oversaw the magazine’s web production as well as videos, interactive graphics and multimedia projects tied to the magazine content. She co-wrote a book with her mother, Robin Marantz Henig, called "Twentysomething: Why Do Young Adults Seem Stuck?" Samantha previously worked at The New Yorker as the digital news editor and at Newsweek, both in print and online, and she helped launch DoubleX, a women’s web magazine that was part of the Slate Group.
